Two disabled veterans of a near-future war meet in a virtual-reality world.
Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: The VR system isn't magical--there's some physical basis to it.
Con: There isn't much of a story here. The whole idea of corporations buying cities from governments isn't credible--much less spending money on wars. It's weird that they went to all this effort to give the injured marines their VR lives (even one whose brain was so damaged an AI had to fill in material to make him seem real) and then abruptly decided to cut them off.
