Review: 2019.225 (A Word for Authors)
Pro: Even short as it is, it’s a nice exploration of what a society with a Basic Income might be like.
Con: That seemed like a really unrealistic way to steal; among other things, it should leave a record.
There’s very little SF content to this one. Make it a welfare check, and I think the rest would go unchanged.
Although I think the story is meant to be hopeful, I ended it feeling very uneasy; for some reason, I don't feel Inna really has a chance.
