Review: 2018.660 (A Word for Authors)

Pro: The reversal of the usual story is pretty funny. Rose is simply using these guys, and yet, as the title says, they sort of admire her for it. And they're not pining. "Certainly not!"

I got a real kick out of "Excuse me! I am a pooka! we drown people! None of this waiting around for them to die of a broken heart! We are efficient!"

Con: It's cute, but there’s nothing to it beyond the joke.

  1. This is good. It takes a traditional fairy tale trope and drenches it in ice cold water.

Worth reading for anyone who likes a new take on fairy tales.
