Pro: Ultimately, this is a love story, and it's about Amira being bold enough to tell the Princess she loves her and then being willing to fight for her. Saving the world is just a means to an end.
Con: I found the dragon that ate the moon offputting. I was okay with it as a creature of myth, but it bothered me that it turned out to be real—even in a fantasy. Big enough to eat the moon but small enough to be hurt by people throwing spears at it (while it's eating).
The story goes on for a long time before we have any idea what it’s going to be about.
