(Time Travel) A modest proposal for a grant to experiment with a most imperfect time machine. (2,207 words; Time: 07m)

Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: A cute faux proposal which gradually becomes horrifying. Given the limits of the device, the argument has a terrible logic to it.
Con: Not really a story, of course. Worse, much of the narration is of the as-you-know Bob variety, and even admits to it.
The notion of a time machine that cares about whether flesh is living or not is very silly.

ReplyDeleteNot really a story, just the premise of one.
