Pro: The story does a nice job of making it clear that Meimei is, at heart, a nice person, even though her nature requires her to dine from other people's emotions. Seo-yun's plans to consume Meimei aren't a big surprise, but using Aiko to accomplish it comes as a surprise.

Meimei beats Seo-yun, but at a terrible price, and the story ends on just the right note.

Con: Although we know that Meimei cares about Aiko, it never feels all that strong. Her loss at the end is upsetting, perhaps, but not crushing.

  1. This is a very good story and worth reading, even if you are not normally a horror reader.
