Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: There are all sorts of hints that the dog is really a human being and that the narrator is over a thousand years old, but it doesn't all come together until the end. That humans have been replaced with sterile, immortal cyborgs.

Con: As endings go, it's pretty grim. There's no one to root for or feel sorry for.
