Bijou the artificer makes animated skeletons, but she's never been asked to apply her magic to a dinosaur skeleton before.

Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Bear, as always, does great work, and this is a fun, smooth read from start to end.

The only conflict in this story is between Bijou and the two scientists who have differing ideas of what the original creature really looked like. There are no technical problems, no danger, no challenges of any kind.
