Heckleck is a Hort on planet Patra. Due to overpopulation, a lot of Hort will have to leave for another planet. Heckleck is eager to go.

Lots of infodumps. The narration is heavy on "tell" and light on "show." The dialogue is wooden. It reads more like the outline for a story.
