Review: 2020.003 (A Word for Authors)
Pro: It’s a fairly nice hard-SF story, with plenty of complications and a satisfying technical solution.
Con: Somehow it wasn’t very exciting. Also, the snagging of Vanguard wouldn’t have worked owing to the huge difference in orbital velocities; you can’t match an elliptical with a circular orbit that way.
