Pro: The description of the interactions between the children are interesting.
Con: First off, nobody is going to be colonizing Neptune any time soon. Or ever. If all you wanted was a big magnetic field and low radiation, Saturn’s a whole lot closer.
Second, there’s no story here. Asia has no control over the events that happen, and she’s not trying to accomplish anything in particular, so there’s no actual plot here.
