★★★☆☆
(Mythic Horror) The title speaks for itself: Eric is under a curse to always be hungry, and this story pretty much describes what he eats before he (with some help) eats himself. (2,034 words; Time: 06m)

Review: 2019.559 (A Word for Authors)
Pro: It’s very faithful to the Erysichthon myth, and it does a better job of explaining how he ate himself at the end.
Con: The original myth is pretty gross, and so is this story. There’s almost nothing to it beyond the original myth, other that a bit of message fiction about how bad rich people are.
