Review: 2019.536 (A Word for Authors)
Pro: The descriptions of the plant are beautiful and amusing. The real story, of course, is about Kathleen making peace with her own past and her relatives.
Con: Kathleen isn’t very interesting; it’s hard to care what happens to her, and that makes the rest of the story hard to enjoy.
