Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Review: 2019.332 (A Word for Authors)

Pro: It certainly has a nice message about cooperation and the foolishness of war.

Con: The writing is just subpar, and the translation is shoddy, producing awkward and even broken English all over the place. The dialogue is consistently unnatural, and quite a lot is told by the narrator that would be better shown in the actions of the characters (or not said at all).

In particular, the interactions between the two teens isn’t hard to believe in concept, but the way it’s written, I had trouble believing it at all.
