Review: 2019.172 (A Word for Authors)
Pro: If you’re not familiar with the particulars of Jack the Ripper, this story goes over the key bits in fairly memorable detail.
Con: It's really dull and then a miracle happens. For all but the last page or so, it drones on and on reciting the facts of the murders without giving us a clue what the point of the story is. Abruptly, a mythical creature from the past catches him and rips him to shreds. The end.
