Review: 2019.006 (A Word for Authors)

Pro: It’s fun watching Jason and his lawyer work together to give the evil ad companies a run for their money.

Con: A legal thriller needs to be at least plausible with respect to the law. It’s hard to believe in a lawyer who doesn’t understand what the First Amendment actually does and who has never heard of the right to privacy. For the record, the First Amendment only says the government cannot restrict your freedom of speech. Nowhere does it say that any company is obliged to let you say what you want, much less that anyone has to listen to you.
