Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: Half the fun of this story is figuring out what exactly is happening with the starship. The discovery that Cee has unwittingly aided Beeflat in taking over the ship comes as a surprise, but not a huge one.
It’s entertaining that Beeflat sees a need for a discordant center and that she sets up Cee to run it in the future.
Con: It’s hard to like Cee. Her malice towards others seems to be motivated almost entirely by envy. Yes, Bee shouldn’t rub it in, but what Cee does to her is reprehensible.
