Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: The ship reaches its destination. Penny and Patrick are reunited. And although the ship is mothballed, the human desire to explore means it’ll be used again.
Con: The science is very, very bad. Not just once, but over and over again. E.g. “A miniature black hole sucks in light overhead and spits out gravitational waves.”
The big focus on downloaded minds seems odd. There’s no indication that the downloaded minds are of any use to the generation ship whatsoever. Why are they putting so much effort into it?
