Pro: It’s fun to read about the steady development of ever-better technology for artificial bodies.
Con: It goes off the rails when it starts talking about time being a loop. It’s impossible to believe that the narrator didn’t recognize himself nor that Lin Ke hasn’t aged over all that time.

I felt like it went off the rails when the white room was introduced. Or at least that's when it lost me.
