Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: There are lots of colorful descriptions of the locations, and Staggerlee is an interesting character.

Con: What the heck happened in this story? The Wolf plays cards but then kills people. It leaves Stagferlee the money, but he hunts it anyway? Delia hates him for the loss of their child, but she seems to side with him at the end?

Probably it all has some symbolic meaning, but I’m not seeing it.

  1. I'd say when Delia realizes Staggerlee has a death wish, she denies him by killing the Wolf. No idea how the card game or the hunter fit in though.
