Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: Charlie really does want to change things, and once he realizes just how fake Rufus is, we admire his courage in trying to grab power.
I suspect the bureaucratic space colony is a parody of a real reservation.
Con: It’s unclear what happens there at the end. Does Charlie actually kill someone with the knife?.

I thought Charlie just talked Zane into going along with him becoming the new Ceremonial Leader in place of Rufus. I didn't get the impression anyone was getting killed. Charlie gives Zane the knife just before Rufus and the officials came back in. He's going to tell them that the "whoo-whoo" ritual will transfer the position, rather than confirming Rufus in it.
