Pro: Pretty good mystery story. Nice setting. Creepy resolution.

Con: There’s not a shred of speculative content up until Wetherfell’s corpse (or transformed body) comes to steal the book he had been reading. This is really a mainstream mystery with a spooky ending.

    1. Yes, but not enough to make me review it. :-)

      Still, I usually do review things that have at least a scrap of speculation, and I don't remember why I rejected this one. I'll give it another look when I have time.
