Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: The mystery is a good one, with plenty of hints as to what’s going on.
Con: The setting is a bit contrived—humans from Britain and Japan mysteriously transported from a dying Earth to a strange new world.
The ending falls a bit flat, somehow, perhaps because we don’t get emotionally attached to any of the characters.
