Pro: The boarder's kindness appears to pay off when Rochelle gives her a prophecy, and the boarder takes it seriously. It's Rochelle who drinks the milk, though, taking matters into her own hands.
Con: The narrator is very passive; Rochelle does all the work. The ending is unsatisfying. Yes, Good Wife Henny is dead, but neither Rochelle nor the narrator gained anything by it. Nor does it make a whole lot of sense that Henny was carrying all those partial babies around with her.
