Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
There's no actual plot here. Loki just describes a day in her life, and then we're treated to the fact that her cousin has obtained what he needs to kill her and her refuge.
The details of how things got so bad are difficult to believe, and the time-frame (just 30 years from now or so) is very difficult to believe.
