Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: Daryl wants to handle all of his problems himself; he doesn't want help and doesn't think he needs it. When the other vets/soldiers help him on the train, he realizes he really can't make it alone, and with that realization, he decides he wants the wedding after all.

Con: It's never clear why Daryl wants to break off the engagement, other than his statement that he needed to keep the focus on himself. This makes his change of mind at the end seem arbitrary and robs it of most of the force it might have had.
