Pro: The zero-privacy world in the story makes a great setting. It's a bit like the setup in Lacey and His Friends, by David Drake, where fear of nuclear terrorism led to abolition of privacy.
Con: Brandon is a very unengaging character. A total loser who's stalking his ex rather than dating, and who just lets people walk over him.
The worst problem is that the story ends just when it seems to be beginning.
