Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: The story does have a plot; Melishem wants to fight Sikata, and that she does. She also wants to die, and she does that too.

Con: The problem with this story is not just the purple prose, although the entire thing is one, long slug of nothing else. The problem is that it's filled with nonsense phrases. Like replacing her heart with a comet. Or "converting entropic emanations into life's blood." This makes the story both exhausting and infuriating to read.
