Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: Rendezvous is hysterical, and his character is delightfully consistent. We're actually happy that his crazy story ends up having some truth in it.
Pera is an equally compelling character, and it's pleasant that she ends up believing in Rendezvous--once he's earned it.
Con: The whole John Kennedy angle is very silly, and the alternate reality bit adds nothing to the story.

3 1/2 stars from me.
ReplyDeleteI really liked this story. I thought it was an entertaining read.
The ending was rather coincidental, but I did not think it was silly.
I do like alternate history stories.
