Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: The descriptions of the Butcher Bird and the storm are fascinating, and the story provides almost non-stop tension.
Con: The dialog and narration are wooden. Noel is so reckless it's impossible to believe he was a success, and Cory's motivations make little sense.
