Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: The descriptions are very pretty. The people on The Land are living fairly authentic farmers' lives.

Con: There's not a story here. Evaluating it as slice-of-life, I observe that it lovingly describes the farmers' lives--which aren't very different from those on Earth 50 years ago--but it tells us almost nothing about life outside The Land.
