Pro: If you read the previous two installments, this is a fun story, and it's interesting to get more details on Bel's world. The scene at the end where Bel faces down her mother is very satisfying.
Con: But if you didn't read the previous two installments, this story just isn't going to work.

These stories are strange... they're not exactly sequels because they overlap so much. It's a lot like the Atopia Chronicles which I read earlier in the year...
