Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)
Pro: It's a lot cheaper to make one-way trips than round-trips to Mars, so the premise of a team going without a fixed date to come back is sensible.
Con: Nothing really happens in this story. It's all concept and no delivery. There are an enormous number of characters, but we learn very little about any of them. The concept of moving billions of people from Earth to Mars is absurd, as is the idea that it could be easier to colonize Mars than just to fix up the Earth.
