(Military Fantasy) Fun tale about navy seals (who really do turn into seals in the water) on a mission to destroy potentially deadly steel-hulled ships the enemy has built. (7,500 words; Time: 25m)

Pro: The assault on the steel ships manages to be detailed and exciting at the same time. We feel some of Kytlin's pain each time a seal is lost, and we cheer for them when the boats are all destroyed.
Con: There are a lot of characters in this story, and we don't really get to know most of them at all. The story proceeds in a direct, uncomplicated way to the objective. There are serious obstacles, but no genuine surprises.
