Listing the YTD recommended stories by reviewer and magazine would help people follow a favorite reviewer.
Removed the Year-To-Date by Category page because it won't be useful until the Hugo nomination period and is extra work to maintain.
Year-To-Date by Reviewer has been removed due to low readership.
