The Extraordinary Extraterrestrial Togo Mouse From Ghana, by Ryan W. Norris

Analog Science Fiction and Fact, March 2015; ~5,000 words
Rating: 3, Good, ordinary, story

Brett, a reporter, investigates Dr. Alex Jordan's claim to have discovered extraterrestrial life in Africa. Creatures so similar to mice that no one noticed how strange they were before.

Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: A fun explanation of how the mice were discovered and what was alien about them, followed by a fun explanation of how aliens left them in the first place.

Con: There isn't any real action here. Nothing of any importance happens.

  1. A good story and the 'prelude' at the end made it even better, fun tone throughout
