History's Best Places to Kiss, by Nik Houser

The Magazine of Fantasy & Science Fiction, January/February 2015; 6,576 words
Rating: 3, Good, ordinary, story

Amusing time-travel story in which a couple decide that disrupting their own wedding would be cheaper than getting a divorce.

Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: The concept is funny, and the resistance they meet at each stage is entertaining. The twist at the end is good, although we all knew they'd end up back together.

Con: They don't really deserve a happy ending, after all the stuff they did. Hard to like either of them much.

  1. Light hearted fun time travel story, I’ll give the couple a pass as their most disruptive acts were done in desperation to get home 😁

Also the time travelling company must be such a strong huge corp if they have the means to not only send tourists but also pre-screen and clean up all the mess created by them
