In retirement, a super hero reflects on the events immediately after the "hero bomb" gave him super powers.

Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Rand has a little bit too much going for him. His father is filthy rich (and he inherits that). He ability is extravagant, and we never really think he's vulnerable. Haberdasher is rather silly, and the story about the original suit being all he had left of his parents is a little hard to believe. The whole super suit--complete with rocket launchers and AI--is hard to believe as a teen-age construction. And OSIRIS seems to have sprung into existence within just a day or two of the hero bomb.
