Mini-Review (click to view--possible spoilers)

Pro: A good nearly-as-fast-as-light story. A decent-sounding escape at the end.

Con: The framing story tells us that this was just a tall tale meant to help keep the local culture from stagnating. That's got all the charm of "and then I woke up and it was all a dream."
