The notion that what makes Regina's art special is her use of old-fashioned books makes for a nice surprise.
The first few paragraphs are almost impossible to decipher. That's probably the point--it shows us how alien her culture is to ours, even after just 50 years or so--but it goes on for way too long. There is actually no story here at all--this is just a slice of life.
