Pro: It’s a proper horror piece, which gradually make clear what really happened last night.
One of the strongest clues is the way the wife’s responses to her husband are a little off, such as calling him “meat” instead of “honey.”
Perhaps the ultimate horror is that, even at the end, he doesn’t realize his wife is gone and he’s sleeping with a monster.
Con: I was pretty sure I knew what had happened about 1/3 of the way in when he mentioned that she’d gone out in the night.
It’s so short that you don’t really develop any feelings for the characters.
