In the universe where they changed gender, I really had to slow down and read carefully. I liked it, but I'm glad it only happened once.Laurahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16119082365881285289noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1390876285955310032.post-62136403517048679152016-03-28T17:10:05.559-07:002016-03-28T17:10:05.559-07:00Yeah, I didn't get the feeling that this story...Yeah, I didn't get the feeling that this story was interested in exceeding the sum of its parts.

I'm slightly behind on magazines, but I'll certainly swing back when I've done the latest Interzone.Markhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14035397577227908678noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1390876285955310032.post-44534344237410549732016-03-28T16:31:27.072-07:002016-03-28T16:31:27.072-07:00In some ways, this is another case of the story no...In some ways, this is another case of the story not taking itself too seriously and getting a lower rating as a result. In this case, I still think that's the right call, but it doesn't always feel that way.

I'd love to hear your thoughts on "Lotto," by Rich Larson, from this month's Interzone.
